Item Condition: The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products unless they are defective or damaged.

Proof of Purchase:Â A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.
Due to health and hygiene regulations, the following items cannot be returned:

The item(s) you wish to return.
The reason for your return (this helps us improve our products and service!).

Confirmation of your return eligibility.
The return shipping address.
Any further instructions.
Step 4:Â Package the item(s) securely in their original packaging and ship them to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
For change-of-mind returns:Â The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
For damaged/defective/wrong items:Â BloomNu Shop will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or reimburse you for reasonable shipping costs upon approval.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Processing Time:Â Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product (e.g., you ordered the wrong supplement), the easiest way is to:
Return the original item following the steps in Section 5 (return shipping costs apply).
Place a new order for the desired item on our website.

Before Shipping:Â If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.
After Shipping:Â Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please follow our return process above once you receive the item.
